We had to learn through our 25 years of experience creating unexpected and compelling out of home. We’ve consolidated all this knowledge into our Out of Home Creative Training Classes. After 12 months, students will know everything we know about out of home.

Meet the teachers.

Todd Turner started his ad career at Adams Outdoor where he moved up the ranks from designer to national creative director and collected multiple OBIE and ADDY Awards. He spent more years at Outfront, Blip, and full-service agencies before co-founding Up To Something.

Richard Molinaro has had a varied career with award-winning runs in advertising agencies and media companies including Outfront, Durden, and Adams. As Up To Something co-founder and a swiss army creative, Richard can spin words as well as he can conjure imagery.

How you’ll do it.

Two 1-Hour Virtual Sessions per Week

Group classes and individual training.

2-6 students in each session.

Presentations on various topics.

Simple activities based on our current topic.
Group brainstorms.

CRITIQUE
Group feedback on real projects.
Review campaigns from outside the group.

Classes take approximately 12 months depending on holidays and schedules.

Training (1 hour/week)

  • Brainstorming actual projects

  • Discovery and presentation skills

  • Developing a creative brief and portfolio

  • Creative training for sales teams

It’s beneficial to continue training well after the classes are finished. This is where we really put all the learning to practical use.
